To confirm your booking, we require 30% of the total amount of your stay as deposit.

The balance is due upon arrival when you check in.
You can request a daily statement of extra expenses, a summary will also be given when you check out.

You have 8 days to make any claims regarding the billing.

Given our small size, cancellations affect us greatly. For this reason, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 20 days prior to arrival, we will issue a credit on request. This is valid only for periods outside school holidays and weekends.

For cancellations made less than 20 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 100%. No refund or credit will be issued for early departure.

Cancellations for stays during the year end holiday season will incur a cancellation fee of 100%, without refund or credit.

If, for whatever reason, you do not arrive at the scheduled date of your booking, the cancellation fee will be 100% and no refund or credit will be issued.

We do not allow guests to bring soft drinks or alcohol. All food and beverages consumed on Lodge K property must be provided by our teams.

All our suites are non-smoking. Guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace of their suite. Please note that shisha is strictly forbidden in inside the suites and lodges. We invite you to use it outside of your room. Electronic cigarettes are allowed.

Children of all ages are welcome at Lodge K.

For everyone comfort and security, pets are not allowed.

All rooms are equipped with satellite television and a mobile phone, allowing you to communicate with your loved ones at no additional cost during your stay. This free service will also allow you to recover all your personal data without the risk of additional billing via the usual phone operator. None of your personal data is stored or saved and everything is automatically deleted during your order.

In case of loss or damage, the sum of 25 € will be charged upon payment of your extras upon Check out.

Holiday taxes are computed daily per person and due when you check out along with the extra billing.

The dress code at Lodge K is casual but after 7:00 pm, gentlemen are expected to wear a collared shirt. Swimwear is not allowed in the lobby / restaurant and for your safety, shoes are required.

Departure, check-out is at 12:00 noon and arrival, check-in at 3:00 pm
